Possessor needs a buff

Well I guess I should clarify - when I meant “like empower reap” I meant “ignores heals and night immunities.” I wasn’t talking about like Enforcer Frenzy where not even the Prince’s jail can save you. So you could avoid being possessed via having visits to you be prevented.

Also there’s not really counter play to Empower Reap or Enforcer Frenzy either (that isn’t reliant on you knowing who the assassin/enforcer/reaper is). Pretty sure Knight’s armor doesn’t protect against getting reaped there - assuming one even spawns.

EDIT: Aside from Butler Party I think? How’s Butler party interact with Frenzy - haven’t had a game with both since the changes.

Enforcer can be countered by a butler Serve wine

If you know who they are, you jail them as Prince and exe them. And it works for even Possess.

But if that’s the argument - just happy hour them.

Knight, Prevention, Tornado, Party.

Armored does let knight survive. Empower does not interact with the passive

True. But I consider this a problem.

Of those, only Party is guaranteed to save the target 100% of the time. Knights don’t always spawn, prevention isn’t readily available (or in the case of Starting King - not at all available) and Tornado can’t be used on the King (who is the usual target of empower reaps and the one you’d want to protect).

Reaper has chill to deal with the last few on the final days. Sorc has voting power in the Unseen. So… another option could be give the possessor Noble’s force vote? Hmmm…

Tbf even kings guards just don’t feel like killing the butler.

He throws so good of parties

I like this but I don’t think it should notify the target

But tbh.

No one ever calls it that

I can get behind this. This should also stop the “force a vote if you’re Noble” test as Noble is so far a pretty good claim for poss provided they don’t ask for the voting ability. For a secondary effect, it should also cause the target to vote with the Possessor provided the Poss doesn’t abstain.

This would actually suck. If you have a noble claim and you use this Ability there is one of 3 situations:

1: They are not put up to the stand - Here it doesn’t matter what happens on the stand because they aren’t voting anyway.

2: They are put up and it is BD majority. - Here it just outs you. If it was a noble they would abstain. Therefor when they don’t it makes it obvious that you are a Possessor.

3: They are put up and you have majority this way - Here it also doesn’t matter regardless. The only time this can happen is in a 1 v 2 where once the person it is on the stand only you need to exe to get them lynched.

Tbh I don’t know if it’s just me but I’d also like to merge Possess with Facelift

This would change nothing but make me slightly happier

???

I mean merge possess with facelift

Oh yes that sounds good.

There’s also the fact that BD could do something like a Reaper-check and tell everyone to pardon to find the poss. So I would have to agree with you as any observant BD would find the poss like this.
