what can prevent you targeting a psychic link .
got a message saying i could not link
The second Psychic or targeting a Reaped target is usually the only things I believe.

Targeting sorc or inq. I got that last night during a game. Thought he was psychic. He was one of those two. Prince was long dead…
If there is a second Psychic linking with your target then they cannot be linked

The link won’t work if the target is reaped/dead or the other psychic.
