that way if you get it right you win and if you get it wrong you might still win
you know, like a politician
i think it’s an unstable role in many ways and not something that most Storytellers can handle
but it’s interesting
besides if you’re playing Midnight at the House of the Damned you’re not here to play a serious game of mafia in any case

i mean the thing about Midnight is that Heretic is almost the lynchpin of the entire setup
because it’s based around roles that can win or lose the game singlehandedly, and Heretic is the balancing mechanic to that
yo wait did you just place a game above another game?
I don’t think you can just remove a game and just because you had a slot on the queue you can’t just place another one above it.
I’m pretty sure at least 1/3 of the people who play BotC on this site would just go for that wincon just because it exists.
I know I’d do it in some alternative universe where I like BotC.

I feel like this would really solve a lot of the problems the forums have been having recently with too high of post quality
tbh im sad that because of the troll guy the crazy in love title is harder to get I used to feel so proud of it but the market got inflated
