If both a Physician and an Alchemist heal the same bleeding target one night, will only one of them get the message that their target required healing?

From what I’ve seen, one gets the you saved something, the other gets a “target did not require healing”, I think it’s either based on who hit the button first, or possibly just RNG.
That being said I’ve recently run into a bug in which when I do heal someone of the CL’s bleed, I got no message, by that I mean neither “you heal your target of his bleeding” nor “your target did not require healing”

As far as I know it is RNG on whoever gets the successful heal.
But the target will get “You have been successfully healed by an alchemist or a physician” so if you’re one or the other you don’t really need to say anything. 
I think so to , I have had an issue before where I thought someone was lying about being poisoned because someone also healed them .
Can confirm that only one of the healers get the “Your target was saved” message but the other does not. I’m not sure how it prioritizes. Maybe Physician > Alchemist?
