I find it very unprofessional and very condescending to your customer that you put vile words in my mouth. Never have I called any of the moderators idiots. I do think the original moderator that gave me the warning is unskilled. And by now (since all moderators are banding together) I start to find you more and more untrustworthy.
I understand you have to stick up for your fellow collegues, but part of professionality is admitting your personels mistakes. I might not be a shining beacon of goodness, but point me to a person who is. That is a really weak argument. We are all human and we all make mistakes. Just own up to it.
