[RESOLVED] Stuck on "Timed Out (Reconnecting...)"

What happened:
I just bought the game, and whenever I open it and try to join a game, it is stuck on this screen, and has ? for players online, rooms (matches), and in lobby.

What was SUPPOSED to happen:
I’m supposed to be able to play the game

Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Close game and reopen
  2. Issue happens every time

I got 500 gold so I guess I’m connected somehow

No, I still can’t play the game. I just thought it was odd that I would still get 500 gold when it doesn’t appear to be connecting to the servers.

Robflop helped me figure out the issue- apparently the wifi on my college campus is blocking some ports, so I used a VPN and I can play the game now.
