Because (and I know this is a biased perspective and also trying to read into things I cannot guarantee) I doubt the setup has any just vanilla roles in it which do nothing.
This is a UPick which took a while to review and IIRC to rework cards. Doing nothing kinda just doesn’t fit with what I’ve seen so far.
I mean, the most “vanilla” role was ATNo and even he had an ability which caused our sheep events.
