The whole point of early stage QM was to be as towny as possible and hope that you don’t end up as mafia. Once all-but-one world collapsed, it was inevitable that we randed as town. However, by then the game had become a mountainous with no possible way of knowing who the mafia are, unlike our present game where more information (other than flips) will be revealed as time passes.
Point is: Comparing Quantum Mafia with this game seems like a bad idea.
