Youāre a perfect example of why being open and waiting for interpretations is important. I believe Ici is in general saying the level of players as according to Mafia Universe. MU are not that accurate and itās very much open to interpretation of the level of players.
Do you consider the majority of these players here effective? Especially considering we have some people who are new blood and others who are memey? If not then Ici is simply saying others are skilled due to how they act. Heās giving people others to look up to, to see why people are how good he reads them.
