When you get players who are new or don’t know what every class does it negates the use of those which can identify/narrow down the types.
I was thinking different font colors or background colors in the role screen. Putting them in lanes would also work but would probably look ugly for those factions with few roles.

Yeah yesterday I got slaughtered for calling somebody killer/offensive who died the next night and was a drunk. And I defended myself and explained to them drunk is killer/offensive but I got the axe.
