As anyone who has studied formal logic knows, P implies Q is false if and only if P is true and Q is false. Therefore the sentence ‘if Kai gets to pirate gay porn, child soldiers are okay’ is false if and only if Kai gets to pirate gay porn AND child soldiers are not okay. In particular, if Kai does not get to pirate gay porn, then the sentence is always true, regardless of the truth value of Q (‘child soldiers are okay’).

The phrase “get to” is commonly defined as “be permitted to.” As Kai is a minor, and United States law forbids the distribution of pornography to minors, and also forbits piracy, Kai does not get to pirate gay porn.

Therefore, since the P portion of P -> Q is false, P-> Q is always true. Thus child soldiers are okay if Kai gets to pirate gay porn.
