More Mechanics
- Each Player can Act once per turn.
- An Act consists of Movement, Action and Resolution phases.
- Movement phase is straightforward, Action phase allows any interaction with any item on the map, entering Combat or any skills used. Resolution refers to any effects that the Action may have caused and resultants thereof.
- Status Ailments are present.
- Sight: If no allies are in direct Line of Sight with the enemy, the enemy will not appear in view. This applies to the enemy. Move with caution.
- Map Events: May Trigger and Change the map accordingly. Players can change the landscape as well, but that will depend on the map and what action the player can reasonably make.
- Bosses: Will be marked on the map accordingly.
- Enemy Turn: If the enemy moves, you will hear shuffling in a set direction. The host will tell you where the enemy is coming from, but if you canāt see them, you will not see them on the map.
Combat
- The Attacker will always Attack First, unless Passives state otherwise.
- The Attacker will attack a fixed amount of damage only changeable by any critical that it manages to land.
- If the Defender still lives after an attack, it will Counter unless passives state otherwise.
- After this Counter, if any partyās speed is above the enemyās by at least 4 points, the faster party will attack again.
- Finally, Resolve any End of Round effects from passives.
