I’m going to be honest, I didn’t read most of your posts that happened before I subbed in because I knew that you were confirmed town and that I didn’t need to sort you, so this is going to lean a lot towards lategame stuff.
I think the D1 claim was … an interesting strategy, but I’m not convinced it was necessarily a good one? This setup has a lot of PRs, and being able to clear yourself in the lategame is more valuable than being able to clear yourself in the early game. It did end up working out, so I can’t say it was bad, but I’m not sure it was optimal. The shot itself was basically fine, normally I’d say ‘shoot the counterwagon’ but there wasn’t really a meaningful one, it’s not a shot I would have taken given my understanding of Cheese’s meta but it was basically a straight PoE shot, and I can’t say there’s anything wrong with it.
The other thing I remember about your play was your Blizer case, it was obviously wrong but I do think most of the things you pointed out were basically ~reasonable points. I think the main thing I would say w.r.t. the Blizer case is … there were a few places where your logic was essentially ‘Blizer shouldn’t be playing like this as a villager,’ which was true, but villagers do things that are poor or suboptimal play all the time, and him playing like that didn’t necessarily make him a wolf.
