Sellsword (New passive)

**Sellsword Generally is a great class but normal dies off early.

New Passive: Iron Padding, Your Immune to most attacks from the NK and Unseen/Cult (Sorc will sense something is off) **

This passives doesn’t make Sellsword Immune to, Cold steels, Hunter Wolf, Prince executions, Bleeding, Poison, empowered reaps, Frenzy.

No.

Sellsword doesn’t need to survive to win.

And do you really think nk and assasin/cl would leave you alone if you are death immune ?

I think one night immunity against NK and Unseen/Cult (Sorc would get something is off) is the best balance that isn’t too broken yet would still allow BD to kill sellsword during the day

(Problem is BD might exploit Alch to test emerald potions against Merc claims)

It kidna does need some kinda immunity it’s a evil so it’s pretty easy to get caught in the first place for “being evil” but ss needs some kind of immunity to make it more useful also it wouldn’t be immune to a lot of things, maybe making it’s passive go away after the first hit would be good

Sellsword is OP enough, there are very few instances where a Sellsword accomplished nothing or is a detriment to their win condition. Dying early to NK/Unseen is one such instance (and it’s rare).

You can deter evil attacks by deliberately making yourself suspicious (stalls BD investigative process and causes chaos during the day). Also wastes a day for BD if they’re exeing you and not NK/Unseen.

I think merc and sellsword need a complete rework or reverted back into contracting a person. Right now I think merc is extremely boring to play as plus if you out as merc most of the time you will be voted up.

True I generally act like a butler when I get sellsword but Stalling investigatives and acting suspicous is a pretty good strategy.

I do wacky stuff like attempt to fake claim Prince, following a pseudo-fool route. Evils then leave you alone and you waste approx 1-3 days for BD (depending on how smart they are).

Then it becomes confirmable which is bad

Why is everybody obsessed with night immunity? It’s like they are imagining how it would be to play AS that class instead of AGAINST it.
