No criminal records (Passive) - You show as UNATCO when investigated

Too-Suspicious-To-Be-Actually-Suspicious (Night) - You frame the target either as NSF or Illuminati, if you frame Illuminati member however you tailor and show them as UNATCO - 3 uses
