I’ve already gave how I came to the conclusion. The line felt geniune, and therefore what he was was geniune and therefore he is town. That’s all I can say.

Not targetting you specifically, but why would you ask them their faction if you didn’t know they were most likely new? What would that accomplish on a player like, say me or DatBird?

When I figured out they were new I asked them a simple question to see if I could get them to slip as being one of the scum factions

Listen, I’m a white knight of LHF just as much as the next gal, but I have no reason to TR someone purely because they are new. I didn’t like their response to my reaction test. New players can roll scum too

You can’t use that as a read as there are two scum factions.

There are two scum factions and position your reads as such in something like CoC4 (if you participated in it). You may be able to differentiate them based on interactions. Also, scum may give out geniune reads as there is an opposing scum faction.

Teleology did not TMI there due to that fact unfortunately.
