Host confirming such a message kind of rings Marl even more as a Rogue Agent to me now. One that has the host on his side.

It fits with him trying to keep a low profile and not participate. Scum is less likely to go after an unmotivated Marl.

Illuminati Marl can provide the same explanation.

Not if the Rogue has the bomb, however, I feel it would be absolutely idiotic for scum to prevent their own members from using their abilities without getting blown up unless if it’s a goon
