Technically I can see Akodo being a 3p as we have 22 people and a game this size would ideally be a 5v16, so since Merc wanted an extra player rather than keeping the w:(3w+1) ratio then I think that we do have a 3p in play.

A neutral is possible but a NK dosent make aense. They wouldn’t have any KP

A neutral has a wincon separate from both the mafia and town. It can be any number of things eg. Keeping X player Alive untill the end of the game
