The thread would revolve around you for a little longer. Not you as the main point of discussion, but as a pivot point.
I’m re-reading Soul’s posts and I feel like this type of defense doesn’t come from scum. It’s so inconsistent and illogical. He holds onto his ‘fake townslip’ like a crutch when it’s already been debunked by Luxy.
Then again, it’s possible he’s just flailing scum. I honestly think this could go either way.
I have a feeling somehow you’re still gonna smack me even when Isaac flips superpower.
To be fair though, I feel like consistent defenses are scum AI. Scum tends to find a single point they can use to defend themselves, and then they continue pushing that point until other people accept it. That’s because they’re more afraid of slipping up, so they find something that is objectively true and is a good argument in their defense.
I’d like to point to Looming Threat as an example. Kyo and Marshal thunderdome. In hindsight, Marshal was holding onto the same defense, while Kyo was finding other stuff. …Or maybe I’m just dumb and misreading this.

On hindsight we should look at macro as a whole instead of getting Kyo lynched because of paranoia.

I lynched my 2nd top townread that game, I still can’t get over it and I don’t know how to make Kyo forgive me.

That’s actually really bad. I feel like you should kill in PoE because of this, so we don’t get screwed over by making assumptions about the dead person’s alignment. We can’t make assumptions if the person was PoE and nobody had a solid read on them.
