Also I meant on that is that ONLY MEDICS should target ici as that keeps one confirmed person alive and unconverted while if other classes can do that as well should target the others.

Iā€™m feeling like they do which is why healing ici just to prevent converts is the best option IMO. We donā€™t want WIFOM in who is converted.
