So I want PKR to chose a weapon.

Why? Normaly scum can affect weapon choice via voting, and we don’t want removing cooldowns from converts for scum.

And even if PKR is evil, he can’t know what weapon scum has chosen. So it will be more ~rand then a choice afected by scum.
