They could have attacked squid in jail, marl, firekitten (both attacked) or maximus n0 and then elected to no kill n1. It honestly doesn’t matter WHAT happened only that gamerpoke is scum. The no kill to frame margaret is a classic alice move and counterclaiming healer just solidifies it as a framejob.

If the Spy attacked Litten, then the possibility of Celeste being Missionary would be more likely, however, the theory of Max and Marl working together as Spy and Insider would be less likely
