Marg softed the fact that she healed citizens (she didnāt know she was occd) and thought that it would explain the lack of death. She tried to save poisoned squid with that soft claim. Thatās not something an alice-marg scumteam would do 
And I sometimes play cult games by no-killing as I think killing only narrows down who the evils could be for investigatives. Itās not a bad strategy to get a full squad before you start killing.
However weāre looking for Missionary, not the spy.
