I’d even call it likely due to the point Marcus is making about activity. It’s bizarre given his skim of the thread not actually passing over the read on you.
Thus, I believe it is incredibly likely for Marcus to be with you.

I saw it, but I disagree with @Rogue ‘s reasoning entirely.
For starters, why would the game be easier if townslips/scumslips went undetected? I’d think it’d be easier because we can burn through the PoE much quicker.
I’m not sure whether I agree with you scumreading him for the wording or not. My brain’s a little slow today, I’m still trying to get my head around it
Yeah, after I said it, I realized that I was spewing nonsense when I said that. I was meaning that I would have an easier time, as normally it ends up with me dead for no reason.
Basically:
Scum is the only perspective that would have an easier time when people who catch slips easier aren’t in game.
