It does.
Threatening someone via the rules is allowed (here) however it puts pressure on people immediately and it’s not pressure town wants to give. It accomplishes nothing except wanting to silence the person and make them like they’ve done 100% wrong. It also allows you to argument avoid instead of explaining why his bleed was bad.

I could see scum calling the person who bled them an idiot but I don’t think they accuse them of throwing unless they’re like, an obvious Devout King who just got bled by Cult.
