Iā€™d have outted myself D1 as Justiciar and just give all info, and would have hoped that a CW or similiar is preventing all visits to me (since prevention isnā€™t a protective effect).
I wanted to try to fake out as Justiciar, but that was kinda not possible

Preventing visits to you is a protective effect. Basically, the spirit of the passive is claiming means that you die if the evils target you unless they get occupied.

Jailing is a protective effect as you canā€™t be killed by normal means while jailed.
