Imagine if you’re a 300 IQ Duke and you jail the Arbiter night 2, then you just die and Unseen are left wondering if the Duke was outed somehow or the jailed player was the Arbiter.
Chaos.
I like it.

Come to think of it you don’t want to d2 massclaim because then you open up the Marshal and Duke to conversion.

I originally had it such that the day ability the arbiter chose had to match the class he appears to investigators as, but that’s too limiting, so I’m removing that restriction
Arbiter can have any day ability in the game (except from BD classes), and choose a different class to always appear to investigative abilities

Arbiter takes Kidnap from the Duke

I like the idea of evils majority vs small amount of good peoples

Jailing an arbiter also does nothing
The Duke thinks they’re jailed, and they can send the one message to each other, but the Arbiter cannot be occupied, even by the Duke.

400 IQ play:

  1. Take Kidnap as Arbiter, don’t use it D1
  2. Massclaim D2
  3. The Duke is indirectly outed
  4. Kill the Duke and fliptailor him into something else with the Champion’s oneshot
  5. Arbiter is ‘confirmed Duke’
  6. Profit!

Should i cut off day abilities from unique classes for the arbiter to take? Lol that seems just dumb

Yeah I like the idea of a fliptailor on Champion too much, this will be chaos

Just the Marshal and Duke’s day abilities should be cut. Kidnap is ridiculous since the Duke can already be converted (imagine having two jails on your scumteam) and Scout is basically useless ("oh hey I know who my buddies visit. wait.)

Ok, Arbiter cannot select day abilities from Marshal, Duke, Prince, or Warden
