Maybe allow Prestige classes to be starting scum as well for spice?

The point would be not to trust prestige claims by default.
Starting convert class should be able to be Prestige. The only random converts that shouldn’t spawn should be Marshal and Duke’s converted versions since I think these should be locked to Unseen pre-conversion.

I think in a 20er you should increase the Prestige limit to 3 and then the starting random convert can be Prestige.

This makes more sense to me if there is a limit of 3. With a limit of 2, and the starting convert allowed to be Prestige and count toward the limit… it would be +EV to always lynch or kill Exiled because one would have a decent chance of being evil.
