You have to acknowledge that bussing exists without being like “every scum lynch is a bus” and stuff.
You need moderation and to adapt your reads to the gamestate.
In this game specifically, my initial insight was correct; CRich was indeed being bussed and wagons were indeed TvT. I also got pings from katze’s early posts and was possibly nightkilled by katze for that reason.
I think it comes with experience, but even generally speaking, tunneling and locking yourself into a single mindset is always bad.

Basically after I died, no one alive ever suspected Ans except Katze. Though who would believe the outed wolf who is Katze here?
At least if there is anything good coming out of this game, it at least lets me know why I’m scum read as village.
The problem here is that people on this site tend to be unjustifiably paranoid of bussing to the point that villas who should be spewed clear are not.

The thing is, you gotta read the gamestate and the pushes. If you’re paranoid that somebody’s bussing, read their push.
Villa pushes differ from wolf pushes, even when the lynch was on a wolf.
Most people here have no idea how to read progression.
I can easily do it as you can see in FE where I saw App bussing Mode right when the game began, but the average player here? Yeah.
Also implying people here can identify V on V pushes rather than default with the “town push scum, scum push town into mislynch” dybu logic.

The reason I correctly called Chloe’s vote in Insurgency a bussing vote was because she voted on Seth’s wagon first, never rescinded despite the existence of alternatives and was weirdly committed. It didn’t seem to align with a town mindset, especially since she projected a different type of energy early on.
I don’t think I ever explained it in the thread, and I quickly leveled myself out of that read, but yeah.
I feel like I’m trying to flex for no reason.

To be fair, Apprentice did pretty much the same thing, with the exception that he had brief naked vote swaps to V alternatives.
