cloned is alright but hasn’t done anything to leave the lynch pool
SDA is not someone ive really ever gotten an accurate read on? I don’t get how they play the game but apparently 90% of whatever is NAI, so if ok with a lynch there
Only asking questions is NAI. Scum could easily appear sensible and productive by asking questions and not doing anything with them – this was one of the reasons Arete questioned me during D1. What I see happening with CRichard so far is precisely this questioning, that doesn’t seem to follow anything.
Okay, in that case please refer to this post and read our conversation. Then tell me what are your thoughts on it. From this:
Because taking even a single example: this is absolutely not “solving” to me. These are empty words with no conclusion or backup, perhaps sprinkled with some shade.
I’ve been pinged and quoted so I should reply to that.
I did believe Alice on this redcheck initially, and I got a little excited.
I considered that Gaja was likely innocent after you came out with conflicting information. I did say “Alice make your case” as well because I did want her to justify it BEFORE you came out, but it’s usually good practice and I was leaning Alice.
Before it was mentioned, I didn’t know that BD didn’t have a Godfather. But you’re right in that I thought Gaja/Ans was a very unlikely scenario, and it was. Anstreim was really towny first of all, I think we can all agree with that. Second of all, Alice wasn’t being very open. I noticed that Alice was hesistant on sharing what game it was, and only really clarified AFTER some time, when Arete claimed the info. I had another theory which I thought was the most likely.
I thought Alice was a Fool, Gaja was Cult, and Ans was Cult. That would explain everything, as to why Alice checked Gaja, why she pushed on him. why she was hesitant on revealing scumfaction, etc.
If you’re wondering why I didn’t share this, it’s because I was considering pushing Gaja to see wagonmatics. I wasn’t really sure of doing this though, but you can see this when I said something along the lines of “I think I know how to approach this game.” I was trying to sorta play a little indecisively in order to give myself some flexibility for a believable next move, such as pushing Gaja.
This conflicting information couldn’t have been the result of a frame, hence why I said “it couldn’t have been a frame” earlier. There had to be a liar. Mindwarper is unlikely given that it’s N1, and you both have conflicting information. Either the frame impacts both of you, or none of you which is under the assumption that both of you were legitimate.
The first time I asked it, it was before I read your counterclaim on information. There was no compelling reason to ask it the first time, other than “well, if she found out redcheck, she would know their faction, so why not reveal it?”
The second time I asked it, it was AFTER I read your counterclaim. I don’t quite remember why then, I guess I wanted Alice to take a more definitive stance. I feel like I had another reason why but I kinda forgot it.
To be honest, the answers from these questions are much more useful than I thought they would be. I was right, Alice was hesitant on sharing what type of game it was, and we know why; if Gaja really was scum, then Gaja is more likely to be cornered with a vague redcheck there. Only after she was forced to claim it was a BD game that she did so. This was a rather elaborate plan.
What I was trying to highlight was the conflict in information.
But that doesn’t matter. See, Arete appeared legitimate as one, they softed their claim beforehand, and two, they were very quick to offer conflicting information when it became relevant. I already townleaned Arete before, and I don’t think scum would have been this quick to intervene.
I thought Alice was Fool. Refer to above.
Not scorned because she didn’t want him lynched.
I was trying to maintain a neutrality stance here. The quote of where I called Gaja groupscum was me trying to prepare for a potential siding with Alice to see some votes.
Refer to above.
I can see what you mean by TMI, but all these conclusions I made had a basis behind them. Whether I had mech info or not didn’t stop me from reaching the conclusions I did make.
I would prefer not to answer this.
Also guys, if we are worried about the negative effects of a tag, you can just vote a townread and then vote PoE - the tag stays on the townread I think?
Speaking of which, I’m tempted to give up potential benefits in order to gain a free vote.
Also a few questions. @katze You said you figured out stuff from your RTs. Care to share? @anon6348071 Why do you think gorta is not the lynch?
Eh probably a little? It’s mostly because I believe these players are more towny than you. Right now I would consider swapping you with TBE and Alice but I think CRichard is more likely town than you.
