Upon 2nd thought, Katze is someone who can claim non-town and be actually that class. She might be an alchemist though Iā€™m not sure I believe her chosen condition 100%.

Iā€™m referring to ToS 2. Kat claimed Sheriff and was actually Lookout before being subbed out. I donā€™t have enough info to say sheā€™s lying about being Alchemist. That means we can only have 1 more neutral at most if Kat is real Alchemist.
