might need someone else to go over all of the class changes / balance changes i made but i think this is fine
syndicate doesn’t have the advantage of being unknown anymore, but its actions are still strong
hob has a fighting chance with 2 prs and better KP

You designed the vast majority of this, so it’s your responsibility to add it back to the queue when ur ready @Vulgard

I still would like to co-host it with you though since the base of it was my original idea
