Scorned can target literally anyone, that’s why they’re a neut. They can target town, scum or other neuts and alter their flips to any other class in the game.
They don’t have TMI so they just have to operate on the assumption their target is likely to get yeeted, and that if they alter a flip, it’s either for the heck of it to sow the seeds of discord, or it’s to protect someone that they want to ally with
he tried pretty hard to do it, to be fair. went in as far as to target someone’s ego just because they don’t agree and switched their mindset multiple times just to make pkr sound like an appealing target

Btw, if conversion actually did fail on N1, it doesn’t have to be due to a block. The mastermind (or CL in a cult game) can hit a neut as well, or try to convert someone who was killed the same night.
