Peace was never an option. (Passive) - Vigilante guilt is disabled. No lynch is no longer a valid option. The factional kill must be used every night, the informed minority cannot choose to kill nobody. All killing abilities are compulsive. If all kills during a night were stopped, then one random ability preventing the kill will fail. If an ability is selected, and there is another reason the kill cannot be performed (such as a second protective on the same person, or a roleblocker) then those abilities will also fail. This will all be announced on gamestart.
