I’m going to check if it was prior to his conversion. I looked at other games since I knew he got converted in that game but I couldn’t find anything recent enough to be sufficient evidence.

The reason why Marshal didn’t see Derps visit PKR has nothing to do with results altering. ( I don’t think there’s even a class in this game that can alter the way visits are seen.)
Then why would Marshal not put that in his will or mention it at all?
He’s an investigative class and should be informed. (I am double checking with Eevee.)
It’s minimal feedback, I asked it before and Eevee said investigatives wouldn’t even know if they were ran over by russian IS-3, a heavy tank.
