Why would BD want to wait, which would cause wagons to not form until last second thus increasing chance of a mislynch?

But that doesn’t make sense, unless Send Parchment doesn’t count as a visit. I don’t think Eevee would make it not count as a visit since that’s not in the classcard.

As far as I am aware Luxy normally uses a formal tone yet when he’s pushing on Marshal he’s chatting and using acronyms.

I don’t know. Maybe I’m just biased because I think shooting Marshal was a bad move for BD.
The scribe itself sends the parchment at the end of the night.
From the fact that Marshal flipped as BD, we can confirm his result is honest.
This means one simple thing. The send parchment happens after inestigative results come out or it doesn’t count as a visit.
Perhaps just before killing in the order of priority.

In my opinion, it was a second Insane Brawler.
However, it is possible it was the NK Kai.

Why kill Marsh? Marsh was one of the top suspects and it was wise to kill early in the day rather than later. That way new wagons could form.
I personally like the Simon wagon but the Soul one is popular as well.
