The Atlas works as follows in this situation:

Mercenary visited Geyde with Trade Post. Therefore, Geyde is added to the Atlas (4). You are automatically added (3)
Three more people other than Mercenary visited Geyde.

Soul used Royal Safeguard on Geyde (2)
Wazza used Baile De La Muerte on Luxy and Geyde (1)

The last one was probably the CL, but we can’t be sure of that yet.
