Its a good claim if you’re playing a passive Scum neutral. You count in the neutral number calculation and most assume you’ll just fail on your heal attempts anyway with suspicion still away from you.

I’m not a neuts out guy…in fact I’m a big neuts in guy, but they need to play for town to live. Even if you need Scum to prosper (which you do as Alch), you can’t play anti-town like that.
