Serious, on-topic question:
Who are the 3 most optimal people for the Arbiter, whoever they are, to check, and what methodology would you like to communicate to the Arbiter and other investigatives generally?
Probably a bad opinion because my read = garbage tier but top three checks are Possessed, Priestess, and Mathblade
Possessed for the soft/not soft of arbiter
Priestess because I’m still unsure on that bleed and maybe that would solve the whole thing
And math because hes an enigma to my reads, he has some good points but his death tunnels worry me
I said this before somewhere, but the question comes down to whether or not seeing as the arb now omnisciently kills its target and is strongwilled, should they not check players who are in fact scummy rather than players who for whatever reason haven’t had a chance to?
I can say this with certainty. Firekitten is the worst person to check for the arbiter
I’m thinking this post is pretty a pretty good look for DatBird. The fact that Bird uses a variety of reasonings for each one that all matches up with what they’ve thought so far gives a good sense of DatBird thinking about the gamestate and trying to formulate good ideas.
If they were a wolf posting this, they’d be posting this primarily as a way to look villagery to me rather than to direct the Arbiter, as I believe wolf!DatBird would be self-aware of their own lack of thread influence and would know that his actions are unlikely to actually change the Arbiter’s peek. However, I don’t think they are; notice how he seems to make an active attempt to point out how self-aware he is in the post.
Finally, I don’t think he’s just a wolf pressing buttons to try and look good; I can’t actually prove it but the tone of the post feels very pure and unburdened to me, wheras if a wolf is pressing buttons usually they are somewhat aware of it and the post feels very slightly pressured when it shouldn’t.
