Have you considered making his death immunity like:
Passive:
Death Immunity
Consumed after blocking an attack
Recharges in 2 days
Night: Consume your death immunity to heal yourself tonight (infinite uses)

considering he is supposed to be one of the closest things to an unstoppable force in Runeterra, whos actually ruled, dominated and killed many
and hes died twice and comeback, so hes hard to put down lore wise, which makes regular death immunity make sense on him.

i understand that NK`s can be hard to balance
but, when two wolf factions usually spawn in GI`s
there needs to be an NK that can thin the herd when needed.
Plus, the ability/passive steal gives him some uniqueness.

also yes, if he steals a convert ability, he converts the target into what ever faction that he stole the convert ability from (He kills CL and takes his conversion, he converts the target into the cult)
I thought it was for a standard setup for some reason, but youโre right, having it like that makes it more suited to GI
