The theory is: Visi switched roles with Heroine, bleeds Arete, lets the former Heroine die, and gets his former role back.
The problem is: This theory implies that OG Visi was willing to let go of his anti-invest ability, which is improbable unless you are eevee-level experienced.

Regarding Heroine’s Promotion: It has to be Non-Visionary, which is the convert. (Assumption: Kyo)
Regarding Visi’s Avenge: There is no restriction.
Regarding Visi’s PoL: It wants a Non-Killing BD, but if that is no good, then it can accept the youngest Killing BD. Coincidentally, Heroine is a Killing BD.
