When I hosted FoLs, I always imagined to be the program behind tol. No reason to talk to players more than necessary :upside_down_face:

I suggested a 500 word minimum per in game day (15p Mountainous, 48/24) but people donā€™t like that idea

Iā€™m not against slanking.
It just hurts your own faction.
The host can force replace you for it, but I donā€™t see it as anything particularly bad.

Try to create a positive atmosphere as Host, and make sure everyone has fun, so thereā€™ll be no slankers or leavers. If you donā€™t have toxicity in your game, you have a lot less problems with such things.
I was actively slanking in my second game here. People were just too toxic to me.

My experience is that some players will slank regardless of how much toxicity there is :eyes:

Obviously if players are being excessively toxic thatā€™s something I would need to handle
