Alright, so what possibilities are there for why the second kill didn’t happen?

  • X didn’t choose to use the kill: Not very likely in general, but we acknowledge it as a possibility
  • Target got healed/protected: fairly likely, wouldn’t necessarily help us in finding them unless we know who was healed
  • NK/BD/HoB got occed: is this possible? Idk? But iif this can happen then yes there is weight, especially with regards to Wazza’s occ claim
  • NK/BD/HoB was jailed: Fairly likely, points to CRichard being scum

Not all nks are occ immune, but a majority are. The BD’s killer is also occ immune. HoB’s killer is not. Partially why I think it might be HoB

My immediate assumption was ‘we’ll know right away if it’s a Lich game because someone will check a Phylactery Holder’ but then again that’s not what happened in FoL 25
