Overall it was not a towny ISO during my dive and I do not see us trying to CFD so I will vote here since I admit there is not really any defence for it.

My worry is that Insanity might just be a lazy townie but at this point there is nothing we can do since Insanity refuses to self pres as myself and Vul have said.
