The problem here is that we can go both ways.
Lynch PKR - he turns out to be BD. Rogue is semi-confirmed.
Or vice-versa.

No if Rogue confirms and we suspect a scum-team we would obviously lynch Rogue over PKR as PKR would be confirmed if Rogue flips BD but Rogue would not be confirmed if PKR flipped BD.

Pretty much, if Rogue confirms I gave him the invention then:
Rogue > Me for vote.
As Rogue being flipping green confirms me.
Me flipping green bears no inference to Rogue.
