I can confirm that Arete is Oneiromancer.

My plan was to try and get them townread (mostly by getting them “mechconfirmed”, since they weren’t doing very much socially).

Based on threadstate before CRich outed it, I don’t think it was going to work, but I still don’t think it was a good idea to out it.

I can confirm that Arete is Oneiromancer.

I cannot say I’m surprised about this one bit.
This is problematic because they have to keep adding people to the sphere and if they die, then everyone in said sphere dies as well. If they want to townside (and judging from their choices that’s what is happening right now), then they are inclined to visit most TR’d people.
Which in turn means that they become a huge target for scum since their death is an opportunity to nuke several players at once.

Meaning I would prefer to get them out immediately but now they already have two people that I TL in said sphere.
Gods this is a mess.

Give me your opinion on Blizer when you catch up.

I don’t think the conclusion here matches the read? Like, he gives a lot of reasons to think they’re town, and even says they’re “solidly towny” but then has them as a townlean.

I don’t think this is a bad execute if we don’t have any better targets by EoD.

• Blizer. This is the slot that Emilia brought up before and a slot that I have some thoughts on, but I personally wanted to hold the discussion on him for a few reasons. I guess doing it now won’t bring any harm since we still seem to lack conclusions, so without further ado:
  If I’m correct TBE already mentioned it, but some of his reads felt hedgy – I initially let it go since it was D1, but it was still a thing to keep in mind.
  Next one is more of an observation, but during yesterday it felt somewhat strange that he mostly engaged with me and no one else. This is the dumb tinfoil I was talking about, but it almost felt pockety.
  From then on, his only stances were on Centuries/Jane.
  Speaking of which, I already mentioned this to EightySecond, but Blizer also felt on the sidelines during the whole Jane situation. His response looked non-committal, like yes, he was obviously in the thread and read it, but all we got was:

Yeah that’s really not TMI tbh I have no idea what your seeing, but this looks not great tbh.

I do want to address that this claim is kind of odd, but I think there are likely better lynches here tbqh. Like on one hand this claim from Arete is scummy as hell, but on the other I can kind of see it actually being true. It’s hard to explain, but I don’t think Arete should be the lynch for today. I think the best question to ask is “has Arete ever faked a claim like this as scum?”. If this is some cult/unseen ploy then both PKR/Jane would have to be converted/starting GS and while that is possible I don’t think this is the case.

I wasn’t concerned at all. The reason I asked Ans was because the read list just came out of nowhere and I was wondering why I was so high on Ans reads. I don’t think I am being super scummy, but I do want to know why people TR me, as pockets can also be a thing. Scum will defend a towny from accusations and say someone is town to gain said players trust and earn an easy extra vote in the future. This happened in BfA 2 when Chloe hard defended my slot on d2 and bussed her teammate for town cred.

Already said this – it could in theory be a possibility, but that would mean Jane/CRichard would have to be starting groupscum and N1 convert respectively, and I don’t really believe in it.
The way Arete has been playing so far mostly matches with them being neutral as well – I’d absolutely expect them to push agenda and be vocal if they were groupscum, even with no WiM.

Lynching them if they are Oneiromancer is never an option.
We would be killing off town as well.

I think it’s possible that comes from T!Seth, but what in the hell. Like it could be worse, but it’s still a really bad move. The king is never priority unless cult king it seems, but yeah.

he has, as town, CC’d the real cop with an actual redcheck by claiming a fake redcheck on a different player, who was town

as scum, he has, without consulting with his teammates, posted a poem in the thread directly mentioning the lost wolf that outed the fact that both his teammates were in towncore, and also outed the lost wolf

the answer to your question is left as an exercise for the reader

Fine Fine, one read before sleepy time.
Blizer: I really liked their D1, but I do think their d2 has been kind of lacking. I think this either comes from being converted or being busy (like they claim). I think at the worst Blizer is a convert. I can expand upon this read d3 (because I likely arrive at the EoD tomorrow), but I think this is likely a convert if scum. I suppose they could be a NK, but yeah, I would say either busy town or convert
