Just took a shower. Had some thoughts.

Marl wouldn’t just detonate and leave. I feel like town Marl would have wanted to see the result…

Really don’t want to accept this as a townslip, but Marl would have no way of being in the middle of that chain and he wouldn’t be okay with being bussed, fairly sure.

It wouldn’t make much sense if Marl was mafia to blow up his buddy if he had Baz as his town detonator though, because Baz is apparently eager to blow Marl up regardless. Food for thought.
