Some Cult Reworks

Acolyte

Acolyte, Cult, Killer :hocho:

Converts from Killer class types. Killer class types no longer convert into Invoker

Passive 1: Blood Veil ~ If you die you will bleed your attacker. It will say “A Hunter or Acolyte has bled you.” (Note: Prince will not get bled). You are also immune to occupation/target change.

Day Ability 1: Faux Crimson ~ Make a player think he was Ruptured by a CL. 2 use.

Night Ability 1: Blood Shield ~ Bleed anyone trying to attack any cult member except you. You will also bleed if someone attempted to attack the cult but you will save the rest of the cult. 2 use

Night Ability 2: Crimson Steel ~ Bleed a player. It will show this message to them “A Hunter or Acolyte has bled you.” 2 use

Goal ~ Defeat the Blue Dragon and any Neutral who seeks to harm you

Cult Leader

Cult Leader, Cult, Special :star: :sparkles:

Day Ability 1: Blood Of Mithras ~ Sacrifice a Cult member to Mithras at night to gain 2 uses of Offerings tonight. (Note: The cultist that is being sacrificed will be unable to talk/see cult chat as he is being sacrificed). unlimited uses. (Note: can’t be used until day 3).

Day Ability 2: Rupturing Crimson ~ Cause a player to bleed, they will die in 2 nights unless healed. 4 use.

Night Ability 1: Brainwash ~ Attempt to Convert a player to the Cult. There may only be four Cult members at a time. Unlimited uses. 1 day recharge time

Night Ability 2: Offerings ~ Kill two targeted players. 2 use.

Goal ~ Defeat the Blue Dragon and any Neutral that seeks to do you harm

Invoker

Invoker, Cult, Offensive :dagger:

Passive 1: Fanatic ~ Immune to occupation and target changing.

Day Ability 1: Bewilder ~ Make a player’s day ability fail. It will not inform player unless he/she tries to use it. 2 use.

Day Ability 2: Power Of Corax ~ It will make your chain of corax/strings of mithras go through occupy/target change immunity. 1 use.

Night Ability 1: Chains Of Corax ~ Occupy a player. 3 use.

Night Ability 2: Strings Of Mithras ~ Control a player, choosing who they target tonight. 2 use.

Goal ~ Defeat the Blue Dragon and any Neutral who seeks to harm you

Ritualist

Ritualist , Cult, Support :heart:

Passive 1: Will Of Mithras ~ If you are sacrificed, the Cult Leader’s Offerings ability will gain an extra charge. You are also immune to poison/bleeding

Day Ability 1: Brotherhood ~ A chosen Cult member appear as a member of the Blue Dragon tonight. 2 use

Night Ability 1: Teleportation ~ Swap two player’s positions, causing all players targeting one of them to target the other. 3 use

Night Ability 2: Crimson Cleanse ~ Cleanse a Cult members wounds tonight if they are attacked. Works the same like heal. 2 use

Goal ~ Defeat the Blue Dragon and any Neutral who seeks to harm you

Seeker

Seeker, Cult, Investigative :mag_right:

Day Ability 1: Uncover ~ Reveal the next person to use his day ability to you. 2 use.

Night Ability 1: Gaze ~ Discover a player’s type. 3 use

Night Ability 2: Seek Out ~ Seek out a player to see who visits them and who they visited at night. 2 use

Goal ~ Defeat the Blue Dragon and any Neutral who seeks to harm you

  1. Added Acolyte as a killer convert since it doesn’t make sense that killer classes become invoker having nothing of their former selves
  2. Didn’t add Apostle since he is getting an official rework
  3. Added CL!!! Tell me your opinions on it
  4. Gave Invoker a better Bewilder as his bewilder right now isn’t that good
  5. Gave Ritualist some Phys concepts since he didn’t feel like Phys at all even though he is converted from him
  6. Made him have more of observer qualities since it freaking annoying to have claimed observer out loud then get converted and being unable to prove myself

  2. Acolyte’s Blood Veil will no longer affect Prince. Suggested by @Twil1ight
  3. Reduced Cult Shield’s uses to 2. Suggested by @Twil1ight
  4. Changed Multiple Names. Suggested by @RHCube
  5. Removed Identify. Suggested by most voters
  6. Replaced Expose with Uncover. Suggested by @RHCube
  7. Fixed Spelling.

I feel like this should be 2 different Ability’s. 1 bewilder and 1 Empower.

Overall good passive but why did you want punish the Prince for killing a scum?

It’s more like Offensive abillity to be honest.

Since the Cult can have more members than Unseen, they can take more benefits, if you want this abillity have effect on all Cult then you need reduce to at least 2 uses. It can end being too strong.

Actual healing abillity for Cult and also it’s synerged with Acolyte, very nice!

So he’s have a mix diferent abillities from other BD investigators. Perfect.

Maybe it’s seems they have a lot’s of buffs but even so it would make Cult more interesting faction than it is now.

Yup but imo if it’s only 1 it’s okay. Butler has killing ability but he/she is still offensive

If you’re talking about this ability then why not replace with an ability that allows him to select two targets with one of his night abilities. Like:

Day Ability 2: enhancement(or another name) ~ you may select two players with one of your night abilities tonight. 2 uses

Other then that I love all the changes​:+1::+1: still waiting for that CL change.

I don’t think it’s a supportive Ability because it’s a self buff Ability. It that ability worked for other members of the cult then yes it would be a supportive ability. Other then that I’m just trying to find other abilities that can replace Identify. I’m kinda against it because the only real thing it does is find Neutral players.

You don’t have to use my suggestion. I’m just coming up with ideas to replace the identify ability. I don’t even know if my enchantment ability is a good replacement for it, like if it’s to over powered or underpowered or just doesn’t even fit in with the class. Still I would like to hear feedback on it.

I like the idea, but it’s more support than killing. Make it so it bleeds all visitors, and reduce it to 1 use. And change it so it can target anyone(even yourself). Also change the name to Crimson Shield(Or at least something other than “cult shield”.)

This is fine, but the name should be changed. Abilities shouldn’t have the name of the faction in them. Crimson Steel would be fine.

Again, the name could use a change. Just empower would be fine. Or “Power of Corax”.

This is weak. Only 2 BD classes are affected by it. Just change it to this: Corax’s guidance(2 use) - Choose a cultist and a cult class. They will immediately become that class. Can target yourself.

This is weak. It’s useless once the prince dies. It’s not even that useful while the prince is alive, the only information you gain from it is who the prince is not and who to not target. Change it to this: expose(2 use) - Reveal the next player to use a day ability besides the king. Tells you who they target if they target someone.

This is good, but it is a bit weak since it’s only 2 uses. It should determine your target’s exact class.

The cult needs buffs though. A lot of the abilities are weak, and some classes are impossible to fake(observer)

It’s also a day Ability. It’s effect is impactful enough to be good as far as day Ability’s go. Don’t underestimate the power of Tailor’s.

Would you guys like @NOBLE1 's ability, Day Ability 2: enhancement(or another name) ~ you may select two players with one of your night abilities tonight. 2 uses, for seeker or do you think seeker doesn’t need anymore than 1 day ability?
