… unless the questioning time is over before they were voted AND they are the spy. Then- and ONLY then- they have one guess chance at the location.
If caught early, the spy still gets a guess.
Anyway, I’m not changing the voting/guessing rules mid match, as Simon and Unknown have both now benefitted. Althought Marl had the right idea, voting unknown while he had question control was an error.

Nonetheless a possibility stacking up Question and Guess at same time should be removed. Period.
It is literally allowed for the spy to ask, "Are we at the Race Track?’ as their question
