Announcement Regarding Team Player Awards
After discussing it with the community and amongst ourselves, we have decided it best to cut the Team Player Awards system, as it is not serving the purpose we initially intended, and a large portion of you have expressed this sentiment as well.
When we created this system we wanted to use it as a way to motivate players to become better at the team aspect of FM, as well as promote a positive community where we support and recognize eachother’s skills and improvement.
We plan on replacing this per-game system with something similar to yearly awards, or perhaps even twice yearly, so that we can come together and celebrate as a community, along with giving people something to look forward to. This is not set in stone, however, and we will update you all as things are soldified.
Thank you all for your constructive feedback, and we hope we can continue to flourish as a community, and appreciate eachother. Other updates regarding FM-moderation practices are in the works as well.
